How Did Jorge Garcia Lose Weight? At first, during the first season of his show, the man known as the Champ was a huge success but then his weight-loss record started to slide. It wasn’t that he wasn’t working out or that he didn’t have the right combination of food to eat to help burn fat, but he just didn’t lose the weight. Then in the second season, as his popularity started to rise, more shows were looking for big name celebrities to feature on their shows and as it always seems to be a popular trend, especially for television shows, they wanted the Champ to feature in one of their shows. So here he was, on one of their shows, being interviewed and now people saw him as a real person.
How Did He Lose Weight? Again, at first, during the second season of his show, he was working with top trainers and nutrition experts, helping them devise a special diet plan known as Nooch diet which means ’nutrition with sex’. This is a diet which involves sex only, no carbohydrates, no dairy products, no fats and no sugars. It’s also worth noting that he only lost 30 pounds over the first 2 months. It was during this time that he became a celebrity and so was able to show off what he had learned about weight loss.
During the third season of his weight loss journey, he was asked to be on another show which is when the secret to his success was revealed. Here he was able to show off the exercises which helped him to lose the most weight and to keep it off for the longest time possible. The secret, as was explained to him, were all about eating habits and having a proper exercise routine. As he got more famous, so did the TV shows featuring his life and he received countless invitees to participate in his shows, where he would be judged by his peers and one day, his millions of fans were given the chance to see him exercise in the comfort of their own living room.
